how to make sure to have an at least "ok day"

Will it be great to have a way to guarantee ourselves of an "ok day" or even better ? above all during the covid time .... I wondered about what will be the recipe, the ingredients, the spices that will be needed. Here are the basics that came up to my mind and pretty much guarantees it for me.

1. Wake up early

you have to see the day go by.

2. Make you bed

this will be your 1rst accomplishment of the day, if you day suck. At least tonight, you'll have a bed that is made to go to, I bed that you made.

3. Have a small routine

trivial but important. It sets your mood.
shower, wash your teeth, have a look at yourself, like what you see, take a walk .... 

4. Proceed with the 1rst coffee of the day ( aka the sweetest )

so sweet, so tasty it will give you strength to tackle almost any task.

5. May what may, the day will go and will also end

do not worry for everything that may happen. As much as things may come, they also, go. In a way, everything is just passing.

6. Have time to reflect, even very little

reflect on you, friends, family, on time, on life, seasons. On all the things that matter to you.

7. Go to be early or at least not too late ( the hardest for me ! )

may be obvious, but it is required if you want this process to succeed.
